　In recent years, many Japanese companies have been actively expanding their operations overseas, with a significant number establishing manufacturing bases in ASEAN countries.
Additionally, there has been an increase in travelers from ASEAN countries to Japan, many of whom are already familiar with Japanese culture. As a result, more companies are now entering the ASEAN market to provide Japanese services locally.
　However, these countries differ from Japan in many respects, such as language, culture, and legal systems, leading to various challenges. Despite encountering such issues, many people hesitate to access legal services and only consult a lawyer after problems arise.
　In emerging countries, the number of Japanese lawyers residing locally is extremely small compared to the number of Japanese companies operating there. Furthermore, the quality of local lawyers is often not as high as in Japan, and language barriers also pose a significant challenge. Therefore, we decided to establish this office to create an easily accessible legal service platform where Japanese lawyers with extensive experience in international operations collaborate with local lawyers to maintain quality.
　We sincerely hope that our office can contribute to the successful expansion of Japanese companies into emerging markets and to the mutual development of Japan and these countries.
　The name “TNY” is derived from the initials of our founders, Yuji Tsutsumi and Takahisa Nagata.
　Our team is fully committed to providing services of Japanese quality, while also incorporating innovative solutions to address the demanding environments of emerging countries for all our clients.
