Our Policy
In recent years, many Japanese companies have been aggressively expanding their business overseas, in particular, many Japanese companies have manufacturing bases in Thailand, Myanmar, and Malaysia.
The number of travelers from ASEAN countries to Japan has been increasing and many of them are familiar with the Japanese culture. Therefore, more and more companies are entering the ASEAN region to provide Japanese services in ASEAN.
Although all of these countries are pro-Japanese, they are still foreign countries, and many aspects such as language, culture, and legal systems are different from those of Japan, and Japanese face problems in various situations. However, there are many people who hesitate to access to a lawyer and consult a lawyer after a trouble occurs.
The number of Japanese lawyers stationed in Thailand, Myanmar, and Malaysia is very small compared to the number of Japanese companies operating in these countries, and the quality of local lawyers is not as high as in Japan. Also, language issues exist. Therefore, we opened this office in the hope of establishing an office that is easily accessible while maintaining quality, where Japanese attorneys with extensive experience in overseas practice working together with local attorneys (Thai, Myanmar, and Malaysian attorneys).
We would be happy if we could contribute to the mutual development of Japan and emerging countries by supporting Japanese companies to expand their businesses into emerging countries.
Incidentally, TNY stands for the name of founders, Yuji Tsutsumi and Takahisa Nagata.
All members of our group will do our best to provide all clients in Thailand, Myanmar, and Malaysia with services of Japanese quality, while adding ingenuity to cope with the severe environment of emerging countries.
